Top SchoolAlexej Belov is a Product Design and UX leader with 11+ years of experience building fintech and SaaS products across Europe, LATAM and Asia, currently heading UX and Front-End at 4finance from Prague. He combines hands-on front-end engineering, design leadership and IT management to turn complex problems into simple, measurable product outcomes, often guiding projects from research through A/B-tested launches. Alexej accelerates discovery and prototyping by embedding AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Loveable, Figma AI) and no-code (Webflow) into team workflows, enabling faster go-to-market and market-specific adaptations. He’s comfortable shifting between researcher, designer, product thinker and engineer roles, and mentors international teams to adopt AI-driven, lean UX practices. Beyond UX, he brings experience in branding, motion design, relaunch strategy and product analytics, making him a cross-disciplinary operator who focuses equally on user value and business impact.
