Top SchoolAlexey Chazov is a DevOps engineer with eight years of experience building and operating microservice-based systems, blending backend and frontend development with strong virtualization and DevOps practices. He currently drives infrastructure and deployment work at Flant, after earlier developer roles at Permenergosbyt and ER-Telecom, giving him end-to-end insight from support to production. Comfortable across the stack, Alexey focuses on reliable CI/CD, containerization, and scalable orchestration patterns that reduce operational friction. Based in Perm, Russia, he pairs a formal IT education from PSTU with practical, hands-on problem solving and a history of moving between development and operations roles. Colleagues value his pragmatic approach to automating routine work and his knack for translating developer needs into robust runbooks and infrastructure-as-code.
