Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolAlexey Filin is a Design Tech Lead with nearly a decade of experience building design systems, tooling, and teams that scale across products. He operates at the intersection of design, engineering, and systems, specializing in design tokens, automated pipelines (Figma ↔ GitHub ↔ code), theming architecture, and optimized asset workflows. At DevExpress he grew a Design Chapter from scratch to 11 designers while establishing hiring, onboarding, governance, and cross-team quality routines that reduced bus factor and improved ownership. He’s as comfortable defining token structures and naming conventions as he is shipping an icon pipeline that syncs optimized SVGs from Figma into the repo. Based in Cyprus, Alexey blends hands-on implementation with operational leadership to make UI infrastructure predictable, auditable, and easy for teams to adopt.
