Top SchoolAlexey Krasman is a Software Engineering Manager and staff-level engineering leader with 13 years of experience specializing in front-end architecture, delivery and team leadership. He has spent the last seven years owning company-wide front-end strategy—designing scalable TypeScript/React/Angular architectures, defining tech roadmaps, managing sprints and hiring engineers to reliably ship complex, real-time interactive products. Alexey pairs deep hands-on expertise (TypeScript, MobX, Redux, testing, CI/CD, gRPC/REST) with practical backend experience in Go, Node.js and Rails, allowing him to accelerate parallel frontend-backend delivery through strong-typed API contracts and mock data. He’s known for rebuilding large frontends quickly (a full rewrite in four weeks) and for performance work that made React screens handle hundreds of real-time updates per second. A practicing Flutter enthusiast and author of a Headless Web SDK, he blends pragmatic engineering with an emphasis on maintainability so new ICs can onboard and contribute rapidly. Based in Dubai, he brings a track record of turning complex requirements into transparent, testable codebases while cultivating high-performing teams.
