Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlexey Shlaikov is a pragmatic software engineering leader with a decade of hands-on experience and 7+ years in development, currently leading teams at Citeck. He has driven end-to-end e-commerce transformations—migrating platforms, implementing OMS/OMNI flows, and building PIM systems—and shipped consumer-facing React Native apps and browser extensions. Alexey combines full-stack fluency with operational rigour, having introduced microservice deployments, CI/CD and PCI-compliant payment flows for high-profile projects. He’s built and scaled engineering teams, recruiting and instituting processes that improved delivery during high-pressure periods like lockdown-driven omni-channel rollouts. Based in St. Petersburg, he blends product-focused engineering with a track record of pragmatic system migrations and integration work that directly lifted business capabilities.
