Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlexey Tsvetkov is a Senior Software Engineer with 10 years of experience specializing in backend systems built in Erlang and Elixir, currently contributing to server-side features and reliability for live games at MY.GAMES. His background includes deep telecom packet-core work (SGSN/MME/AMF) and operator-grade platforms, giving him strong expertise in 3GPP network architecture and high-throughput messaging. He pairs systems-level skills—Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL, Kafka and AWS—with practical performance work, including upgrading OTP versions across a large codebase and refactoring modules to significantly boost throughput. Alexey also uncovered a subtle Linux kernel-related CPU mapping bug, reflecting his knack for diagnosing low-level production issues. He brings pragmatic experience with C/C++ and legacy Java code maintenance alongside modern cloud-native tooling, making him effective at bridging old and new stack challenges. Based in Novi Sad, he combines telecom-grade reliability thinking with game backend velocity.
