Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlexey Vatolin is a talent and people partner with 11 years’ experience building and scaling hiring functions across EMEA, MENA and Asia for fintech, delivery and high-growth tech teams. He’s launched recruitment in 12+ countries, set up ATS and competency-based interview systems, and onboarded hundreds of hires while cutting time-to-hire and early attrition through data-driven processes. Alexey combines a sales-rooted commercial mindset with strategic people work—shifting from full-cycle sourcing to retention, performance enablement and manager coaching as a true business partner. He has a track record of rapid senior hires (CEO-2/3 levels) and measurable cost savings from process and vendor optimizations. Based in Lithuania, he holds HR training from UMN Carlson and coaching certification from Erickson, and is now focused on Recruitment/People Partner roles for teams aiming to scale 2x–5x. An underappreciated strength: he repeatedly translates launch-stage chaos into structured people systems that accelerate go-to-market timelines.
