Top SchoolAlexey Zakharov is a Cloud Architect with 11 years of infrastructure and platform experience, currently leading cloud architecture at Com Tec Co IT Ltd from his base in Larnaca, Cyprus. He holds solutions architect certifications across AWS, GCP, and Azure, and has progressed from Unix system administration through DevOps and Cloud Foundry engineering to solution architecture. Alexey specializes in designing multi-cloud, production-grade platforms and migration strategies informed by hands-on operational experience at companies like Altoros and WorkFusion. His background combines technical depth in distributed systems with pragmatic business-focused decision making rooted in a business administration degree. Not obvious from titles alone, he brings long-term operational perspective—having managed large telco systems earlier in his career—that helps prevent common cloud migration pitfalls.
