Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlexi Pereira is a pragmatic software engineer based in Porto with a decade of professional experience and five years focused on backend and cloud-native development. He builds and operates microservices and REST APIs primarily in Golang and PHP, pairing database expertise across MySQL/Postgres/Mongo with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines. Alexi has delivered production systems on AWS and GCP, owned end-to-end deployment responsibilities (including monitoring with DataDog), and thrived in monorepo and SCRUM environments where each developer provisions their own cloud resources. Comfortable across front-end frameworks like React and Angular as well, he bridges full-stack needs while preferring resilient, message-driven architectures. Outside work he combines a genuine interest in technology with a love of nature, which informs a collaborative, curious approach to engineering.
