Summary
🤩
RockstarAlexis Caballero is a Site Reliability Engineer with over a decade of experience modernizing infrastructure for Mexican and LatAm enterprises, currently shaping reliability at Replit. He led Auronix’s shift from monoliths to an auto-scalable, code-defined platform that processes hundreds of millions of messages and accelerated change velocity from days to minutes. Comfortable wearing many hats, Alexis has acted as architect, product owner, mentor and hands-on developer—building cloud-native SaaS and transforming engineering culture. Based in Naucalpan, he blends pragmatic operational rigor with a growth mindset (summed up by his GitHub motto: “sucking at something is the first step…”), favoring fast iteration and measurable delivery.
