Top SchoolAlexis Fattarsi is a Lead Developer based in the Greater Marseille area with over a decade of hands-on experience building full-stack Java and PHP applications, databases, Angular front-ends and Kotlin Android apps. He has progressed from hands-on development and systems management to technical project leadership, most recently leading engineering at MaxiCoffee after directing teams and delivery at ACSEO and Qwamplify. Comfortable across the stack, he combines backend architecture (MySQL, MongoDB, Symfony/Zend) with front-end integration and industrialized delivery practices (CI, unit testing, Scrum/Kanban). Colleagues rely on him for pragmatic project planning, quality assurance and bridging infra, dev and design concerns to deliver reliable e-commerce and back-office systems. Trained as an information systems engineer, he pairs formal project management skills with a developer’s mindset dating back to 2002, which helps him translate complex requirements into maintainable solutions. Beyond coding, he’s known for instituting processes and tooling that reduce operational friction and improve team velocity.
