Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlfredo Levy is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and CEO with over 11 years building and scaling B2B SaaS engineering teams across LATAM. As co-founder and leader of Bixlabs, he has grown and managed a 40+ person cross-functional delivery organization that handles the full product lifecycle from architecture to maintenance. He specializes in recruiting and vetting founding engineers for early-stage startups, combining a rigorous hiring process with hands-on partnership that embeds his team alongside founders. Earlier roles from developer to COO at CodigoDelSur give him rare empathy for both code-level tradeoffs and operational scaling. Based in Montevideo, he pairs technical foundations in computer science and Java EE with an MBA mindset, making him as comfortable in trenches-level engineering decisions as in strategic business outcomes. An approachable founder who prefers direct conversation, he still welcomes DMs to discuss hiring or startup challenges.
