Top SchoolAlgernon Sampson is a Specialist Software Developer with 11 years’ experience building full-stack, data-driven systems and automated testing platforms using Python, JavaScript and PostgreSQL. A first-class Mathematics graduate from the University of Nottingham, he applies rigorous numerical and analytical thinking to architect scalable, high-performance test automation (Playwright, Selenium, Postman) and CI/CD workflows (Docker, TeamCity, AWS). At Certua he cut demo build time from multiple sprints to days, led MI and product-effectiveness reporting for SME insurance, and delivered BI tooling with Apache Superset. Comfortable presenting technical analysis to senior stakeholders, he combines hands‑on engineering with product ownership and a practical background in manual, detail-oriented work. His personal projects showcase web scraping, multithreading, data analysis and game-theory implementations in Python, reflecting a pragmatic curiosity beyond day-to-day delivery.
