Top SchoolAli Badereddin is aMachine Learning Engineering Manager with 18+ years in software engineering and a decade of leadership, currently shaping ML initiatives at Scale AI from Doha. He has repeatedly built products end-to-end—product vision, UX, engineering and marketing—that scaled to thousands of users and meaningful revenue, and has grown teams to 30+ engineers while mentoring future leaders. At Qualtrics he turned prototypes into hundreds-of-millions-dollar revenue streams, broke monoliths into scalable microservices, and infused GenAI features to accelerate product launches. His management blends a strong sense of urgency tied to the "why" with genuine respect for individual journeys, and he’s comfortable shipping across stacks from mobile SDKs to backend services. A persistent tinkerer, he experiments with consumer-facing side projects (Flutter, Next.js, OpenAI) that surface practical product instincts beyond his enterprise work.
