Senior🎓
Top SchoolAli Demiröz is a Senior Software Engineer with 13 years of hands-on experience building high-performance, security-conscious systems across C++, Java, Android and Python stacks, currently contributing at Bloomberg. He has deep expertise in performance profiling and optimization—having driven load, indexing and compression work on distributed in-memory DBMS at SAP—and a strong background in security engineering from designing PKI, S/MIME and directory-based controls for military messaging systems. At Amazon and SAP he shipped scalable backend services, and his open-source contributions include enhancing a Google Play API crawler with bulk operations, device emulation and CLI tooling. Known for top-to-bottom problem solving and reverse-engineering ability, he frequently surfaces non-obvious hotspots and architectural tradeoffs to improve reliability and efficiency. Based in England, he pairs system-level thinking with pragmatic delivery, bridging low-level C++ engines and higher-level application features.
