Senior🎓
Top SchoolAli Kamali is a seasoned software engineer and technical leader with over a decade of experience building scalable, secure enterprise systems, currently serving as CTO at Axon where he led development of a HIPAA-compliant telehealth and patient record platform used by thousands of clinicians. He combines deep .NET full-stack expertise with cloud-native engineering—Kubernetes, Prometheus/Grafana, Jaeger—and a strong focus on regulatory compliance and data traceability that drove 99.991% uptime and an 80% drop in support tickets. His work spans EMR/CPOE, HL7 FHIR integration, real-time telemedicine (WebSocket, Asterisk VOIP) and a 20k-entry drug interaction database that materially improved prescription safety. A prolific team builder and mentor, he has repeatedly modernized legacy systems and scaled platforms for high concurrency across healthcare, banking, and education. Holding advanced degrees from Amirkabir University, he pairs academic rigor with practical engineering—often surfacing non-obvious efficiencies such as a role/claim model and rate-limit checker that cut development costs by 60%.
