He combines practical hands-on skills in WinForms, VMware vSphere, Cisco IOS and network monitoring with a background managing end-to-end IT operations as a former CIO. His career blends deep operational troubleshooting—early NOC-style work with MRTG, SmokePing and CACTI—with application-level experience from C#.NET development and dynamic form tooling. Holding a Master’s in Electronic Commerce from K. N. Toosi and a BSc in Software Engineering, he brings both academic rigor and pragmatic engineering to cyber defense and network resilience.
