👤
SeniorAliaksandr Naumchik is an engineering manager and seasoned Android specialist with nine years of professional experience and over five years leading cross-functional teams at scale. He has led teams at major Russian platforms (VK, OZON) building mobile and e-commerce products used by hundreds of millions, launching large initiatives like VK’s classifieds and Ozon app features across Android and iOS. Equally comfortable with hands-on mobile engineering and management, he brings deep Android expertise (Kotlin, Compose, Clean Architecture, KMP) and experience coordinating backend, frontend, QA and ML teams. He combines technical hiring and incident coordination with process optimization, and his background in IT management and business process upskilling gives him a strong product-and-operations perspective. A pragmatic leader, he routinely turns multi-platform technical strategy into shipped products and measurable user growth.
