Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolAliaksei Vinahradau is a pragmatic backend team lead and senior Java engineer with five years of focused software experience and a longer history in operational leadership. Based in Faro, Portugal, he moved from hands-on development to leading teams at Comet and iTechArt, owning roadmap planning, architecture design, and mentoring while still contributing code and performance improvements. His background includes building high-throughput fintech platforms, working with large datasets, Kafka, containerized deployments and security (Keycloak/Camunda), plus deep Spring and JVM expertise. Earlier roles in logistics and as a CEO give him uncommon strength in process optimization, client communications and cross-functional coordination. He combines technical depth with practical product delivery, often translating complex business logic into scalable, observable systems.
