Top SchoolAlice Macc is an experienced accounting controller and CPA with over a decade in corporate and investment accounting and a strong background in investment research. She has led month-end close, consolidated reporting, audit support, and bank covenant reporting across public and private companies, and currently oversees accounting operations at the Canadian Opera Company. Comfortable with both hands-on transaction work and strategic financial management, she has implemented process improvements, ERP finance support, and intercompany reconciliation routines that reduced reporting friction. Her blend of investment portfolio maintenance experience and corporate reporting gives her a rare dual perspective on finance and investments. Bilingual in English and French and technically proficient with QuickBooks, Sage, and advanced Excel workflows, she is known for initiative, attention to detail, and meeting tight deadlines. Colleagues describe her as a self-starter who bridges finance, trading, and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely financial insights.
