Top SchoolAlice P is a Staff Software Engineer based in San Francisco with 11 years of experience and a strong focus on full-stack TypeScript and React for building performant, user-friendly web applications. She has deep experience across cloud environments and architectures, shipping features and infrastructure on both AWS and GCP, running containerized microservices on Kubernetes (EKS) as well as supporting monoliths. At Volley she led work on a proprietary voice application engine, DSL compilation, and shared platform components that delivered high business impact and occasionally managed direct reports; more recently she’s operated in staff-level roles unblocking critical projects. Her background in formal methods and research—developing LTL-based mission correctness checks for autonomous naval vehicles—gives her an analytical edge in designing robust systems. Pragmatic and research-minded, she blends hands-on engineering with platform-thinking to move complex projects from prototype to production.
