Top SchoolAlida Weatherbee is a Developer Success Engineer and full-stack software engineer with 3+ years of experience building tools that improve developer and support workflows, currently focused on Developer Success at WorkOS and running consulting work under AlidaCodes. Their background blends hands-on engineering (Rails, full-stack, Chrome extensions) with deep customer-facing experience from roles at GitHub and Shopify, giving them a rare perspective that bridges product, support, and community. Passionate about developer tools, support automation, and community moderation, they prioritize creating accessible systems that level the playing field for under-represented groups. Neurodivergent and openly queer, Alida advocates for neurodivergent-friendly workplaces and speaks publicly about resilience and non-traditional tech paths. Known for translating complex support needs into practical integrations and workflows, they delight in mentoring others through impostor syndrome and self-directed learning.
