Top SchoolAlin Istrate is a Technical Project Manager with over 15 years of web development experience and nine years in delivery-focused roles at Olive Studio, where he progressed from senior developer to leading teams and client projects. He pairs hands-on PHP expertise (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony, WordPress, Craft CMS) and infrastructure know-how with pragmatic project delivery—planning scope, unblocking teams, and shepherding releases from concept to production. Comfortable translating non-technical client needs into technical tasks, he also reviews architecture and code quality to mitigate delivery risk. He mentors developers, sets coding standards, and maintains deployment pipelines and Linux hosting environments. Based in Sibiu, Romania, Alin blends deep legacy-code experience and API/MySQL integrations with a consistently client-facing, delivery-first mindset that keeps projects on time and maintainable.
