Summary
👤
SeniorAlin Pandichi is an IT Area Lead based in Bucharest with 11 years of experience orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver ready-made products that accelerate ING’s global time-to-market. He blends hands-on full-stack chops—evident from migrating coderetreat.org from Sinatra to Jekyll and improving its UX—with a facilitative leadership style that scales teams and delivery. A seasoned tech speaker and former meetup organizer, Alin is comfortable on stage and in live coding sessions, using public forums to spread pragmatic engineering practices. He champions continuous improvement and believes the right combination of practices yields better outcomes sooner, not just faster. Quietly, he favors enabling others over owning the spotlight, describing himself simply as “Facilitator” in his GitHub bio.
