Alin Pârjolea is a seasoned commercial and technical leader with 11 years’ experience scaling enterprise SaaS services across EMEA, currently directing Professional Services Sales and Customer Success at Sitecore from Copenhagen. He combines hands-on Sitecore engineering and architecture experience—contributing to the well-known Habitat modular example—with strategic value-selling, driving consistent quarter-on-quarter revenue growth through value-based pricing and personalized service offerings. Alin has repeatedly built and retained high-performing, cross-regional teams, improving utilization and retention while acting as a single point of contact between customers, partners and product teams. His background as a solution architect and trainer gives him a rare blend of deep technical credibility and commercial acumen, enabling smooth pre-sales-to-delivery transitions for complex enterprise engagements. Notably, he pairs practical code-level contributions with enterprise sales strategy, making him equally comfortable in a codebase or a boardroom.
