Top SchoolAlin Popa is a Senior AI Engineer and Fractional CTO with 17 years in software and 12 years shipping production systems, blending hands-on engineering, architectural ownership, and founder-level product delivery. He advises growth-stage companies on architecture, AI integration, and ISO-driven compliance, having implemented ISO 19650 Common Data Environments for construction/BIM and led ISO 27001 programs from gap analysis to certification. His product work focuses on public procurement intelligence and AI-assisted project grouping, where practical data workflows and classification accuracy outweigh toy model metrics. Comfortable operating without hand-holding, he pairs rigorous academic foundations in mathematics and IT project management with a pragmatic approach to security and regulated domains.
