Top SchoolAlisson Silva is an engineering manager with 11+ years of hands-on software experience and over 15 years in the industry, leading distributed teams across the US, Europe, Asia and South America to deliver cloud-native, blockchain and AI-infused products. He currently manages a 20+ cross-functional squad at Floki, owning end-to-end architecture and infrastructure (Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS) while driving AI adoption for developer productivity and product features via LangChain and Claude. A pragmatic full-stack engineer at heart, he has built everything from smart contracts in Rust to scalable GraphQL backends, CI/CD pipelines, and real-time systems, and he regularly pairs technical leadership with mentoring, hiring and budget decisions. His background includes founding a high-traffic sweepstakes platform, contracting at Toptal to ship NFT ventures, and optimizing performance and costs at enterprise customers like Volvo and Modus Create. With a Machine Learning certificate from Stanford and a recent master's in physics underway, he blends rigorous analytical thinking with production-focused engineering. Notably, he combines blockchain smart-contract expertise with observability-driven operations and AI automation to accelerate delivery.
