Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlistair Doswald is a Data and AI Architect based in Lausanne with 8 years of experience designing and delivering multi-team, production-grade data and ML systems. He combines deep hands-on engineering (Java/Scala, streaming ML, OLAP, Kubernetes, ArgoCD) with tech-lead skills to translate high-level business requirements into robust hybrid-cloud AI architectures and repeatable ML CI/CD. His strengths lie in end-to-end thinking—research and prototyping through productionization—and in communicating complex designs to diverse stakeholders so multiple specialist teams stay aligned. At Playtika he has focused on productizing LLMs, continuous learning and near-real-time streaming ML, while driving semantic layers, headless BI and metrics stores. Colleagues describe him as an architect who insists on understanding every component of a system, and who still enjoys diving back into development when schedules allow.
