Top SchoolAllan Degnan is a seasoned Director and hands-on engineering leader with 11 years of experience building and scaling DevOps, DevSecOps, and platform teams across government, finance and media clients in the UK. He has led strategic CI/CD and hosting platforms for organisations such as Refinitiv, the Home Office and Nationwide, focusing on delivery speed, governance and removing single points of failure by building durable squads. As CTO at Epos Now and Director at multiple consultancies, he blends technical architecture, security-first thinking and practical squad-building to turn risky transformation programmes into repeatable platforms. Based in Greater Norwich and immediately available for perm or contract roles, he often operates as the bridge between accreditors, architects and engineering teams—an uncommon mix of accreditation experience and developer empathy.
