Senior🎓
Top SchoolAllan Koudal is a CTO based in Copenhagen with a decade of experience building user-centered products and leading distributed, async-first engineering teams. He co-founded Hairpal and has repeatedly returned to CinemaTaztic to drive its technical vision, blending startup grit with long-term product ownership. His background in interaction design and hands-on prototyping at Volvo Cars informs a strong focus on real-time UX, in-car HMI, and pragmatic demo-driven development. Allan pairs full-stack engineering with UX sensibilities, shipping interactive multimedia and second-screen experiences in prior roles. Early experience as a firefighter and service-oriented roles underpins a practical, calm approach to crisis management and cross-discipline collaboration. He brings a rare mix of design-led thinking and systems-level execution that helps teams move quickly from prototype to production.
