Allan Oliveira
Summary
👤
SeniorAllan Oliveira is a Tech Lead with 11 years of software engineering experience, blending hands-on development with people-first leadership across fast-growing e-learning and legal tech products. He has led architecture and delivery at Sanar—taking one product from inception to the market's second place—and now drives technical strategy at Jusbrasil. Skilled in system design, distributed and event-driven architectures, cloud-native patterns, and evolutionary API design, he pairs deep technical judgement with Lean and Agile practices. As a servant leader he mentors engineers, scales teams up to eight members, and applies Radical Candor and Nonviolent Communication to improve collaboration. Curious and growth-oriented, he shares insights on engineering management and architecture publicly and draws on influences from Accelerate to Designing Data-Intensive Applications.
