Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolAllen Hai is a versatile software engineer with 11 years of experience building developer tools, customer-facing features, and internal systems across startups and growth-stage companies. Based in Houston, he has shipped product, docs, and support tooling at Replit and Vercel (formerly ZEIT), often bridging engineering, education, and customer operations. He also brings hands-on leadership from running a small agency and leading large cohorts at Lambda School, which honed his mentorship and cross-functional communication skills. Passionate about the intersection of art, technology, and people, Allen blends technical craftsmanship with a creative, user-focused mindset—his GitHub bio hinting at a fondness for code as poetry. He’s comfortable across the stack and in chaotic early-stage environments, where pragmatic fixes and clear documentation move the needle.
