He’s driven recruiting analytics and talent intelligence work at Box and Airtable, and now leads global compensation, systems, and automation/AI enablement at Roblox. Earlier stints at Deloitte and strategic finance roles at Yahoo and Kaiser Permanente give him a strong blend of consulting rigor and cross-functional business partnership. A UC Berkeley alum with entrepreneurship and engineering coursework, he often bridges product, legal, finance, and HR to turn analytic insights into operational change. Notably, he’s been the first dedicated people-data hire at Airtable, establishing frameworks still used to scale hiring and recruiter capacity.
