Top SchoolAllen Peng is a pharmacist and health economist with 8+ years translating real-world evidence into market access and policy impact across hospital research, national HTA, and global pharma. He has led cost-effectiveness and budget-impact analyses that informed reimbursement for hundreds of thousands of patients, helped build a national Horizon Scanning system, and accelerated product reimbursement timelines for immunology and oncology launches at Pfizer and Novartis. Comfortable with both technical analytics (SAS, TreeAge) and cross-functional stakeholder engagement, he combines rigor in HEOR with practical access strategy to win pricing and formulary approvals. A Johns Hopkins MPH broadened his perspective on U.S. policy and vulnerable populations, exemplified by practicum work improving Medicaid specialty referrals and participatory pharmacy projects in Laos. Notably, he pairs deep payer-facing experience with hands-on protocol development and peer-reviewed publications, making him adept at shaping equitable, data-driven access solutions.
