Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolAllen S is a multidisciplinary founder and interaction designer with a decade of experience blending UX, information architecture, and full‑stack tooling to build accessible, research-driven digital products and small businesses. He runs Mirrored Lamp Interactive, where he replatformed e‑commerce systems, built bespoke WordPress and iOS apps, and managed SEO, analytics, and product strategy for artisan clients. Comfortable switching between user research, test‑driven development, and data visualization, he leverages skills in Rails, React, SQL, ML/NLP, and AR/VR to tackle “wicked problems” across domains. A practiced teacher and public speaker, Allen pairs an academic background (MS studies) with hands‑on QA and freelance entrepreneurship, and — unexpectedly — brings linguistic curiosity to projects (he even knows Hittite). Based in Oregon, he champions empathy, accessibility, and storytelling to create informative, delightful experiences that scale.
