Top SchoolAllen Tong is a Senior Software Engineer and manager with 12 years of experience delivering responsive, user-focused web and mobile applications using the MEAN stack. Based in Tampa, he combines hands-on full-stack development (Angular, Node.js, MongoDB, HTML5/CSS3) with agile, scrum, and design-thinking practices to translate stakeholder needs into on-time production releases. His career spans enterprise-scale systems—from point-of-sale software used by 30,000+ Verizon reps to internal portals and quality tooling at JPMorgan Chase—where he’s known for cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail. At PwC he leads teams building custom web solutions, blending managerial oversight with active coding, and he brings a demonstrated track record of improving processes and delivery efficiency. Less obvious: his background in QA and metrics-driven dashboards gives him a practical edge in observability and measurable product quality.
