Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolAllison Moore is an engineering manager with 13 years of experience evolving from information architect and technical writer to staff engineer and people leader, now managing engineering at Warner Music Group from Waterloo, Canada. She excels at simplifying complex technical problems and enabling teams by securing the information, budget, and clarity they need to deliver reliably. At MongoDB she led and scaled a diverse team of ten, slashed documentation build times from 14 minutes to under 90 seconds for most builds, and migrated thousands of pages and 150+ sites to modern toolchains and consolidated docs domains without downtime. Her background in documentation and information architecture gives her a rare blend of strong developer tooling instincts and user-centered content strategy, so she often focuses on developer experience and measurable platform health. Outside work she’s a knitter and kayaker who delights in deconstructing terrible UX—an indicator of both curiosity and attention to detail.
