Top SchoolAllison Richardet is a systems engineer and adjunct faculty with a decade of experience modernizing infrastructure and automating production deployments across startups and large enterprises. She has driven container-first transitions, managed Kubernetes platforms and CI/CD for hundreds of repositories, and built Python and Go tooling for license compliance, vulnerability scanning, and log export integrations. At VMware she combined hands-on engineering with SOC 2 process ownership and technical writing, and at Mastercard she delivered tenant onboarding, operator management, and billing automation for cloud platforms. Based in Missouri, Allison also teaches DevOps and co-founded a campus DevOps club, reflecting her commitment to mentorship and community outreach. Less obvious but telling: she pairs deep operational rigor with product-facing delivery, regularly interfacing with finance, auditors, and cross-functional teams to turn complex compliance and platform requirements into repeatable automation.
