Senior🎓
Top SchoolAllison Zadrozny is a Design Lead and Senior Engineer with 11 years of experience blending product design, user research, and hands-on engineering at One More Cloud (Bonsai). She bridges high-level Jobs Theory–informed research with minimalist UI prototypes in Figma and Sketch, then implements them in Rails and React alongside a tight-knit engineering team. Equally comfortable drawing executable design blueprints and "pouring the concrete" of production code, she excels at turning abstract product strategy into polished, usable interfaces. A Ruby enthusiast and pragmatic problem-solver, Allison also consults on security-focused design and mentors product designers. Based in Austin, she brings a community-minded perspective informed by coaching and arts-direction roles, which surfaces in collaborative, human-centered product work.
