Summary
👤
SeniorAlon Grinshpoon is a founder and CEO with 12 years of engineering and research experience building cloud-native systems for 3D, AR/VR, and Metaverse applications. As CEO of echo3D (Techstars alum) he has raised over $9.5M to deliver a 3D-first CMS and CDN that helps companies scale immersive experiences. He combines hands-on expertise from roles at NVIDIA and field engineering to deep academic work—an MSc from Columbia in computer graphics and AR/VR (thesis on AR guidance for endovascular surgery) and a BSc in CS&EE from Tel Aviv University. A published 3D UI researcher, frequent industry speaker, and Java-native polyglot developer, he blends product vision with low-level networking and cloud experience. Less obvious: his background includes leading software development and training in Israeli intelligence, giving him operational experience in secure, mission-critical systems alongside startup grit.
