Top SchoolAlon Rolnik is a software engineering leader with 11 years of experience building high-scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems and currently leading a team at Redis. He has repeatedly designed and shipped cloud-native microservices and MLOps platforms—most recently architecting Anaplan’s Next Gen Predictive Insights and cutting CI/CD times by 40% while lowering monitoring costs by 30%. Comfortable across Python, Go, Terraform, Kubernetes and AWS, he combines hands-on engineering with recruiting and mentoring multinational teams of mid-to-principal engineers. His background spans startups and enterprise security and data platforms, from founding-team work at AppsFlyer and Yodas to container security at Aqua Security. Notably, he brings an electronics and avionics testing foundation from early technical roles in the Israeli Air Force and university research, which informs his pragmatic approach to reliable system design.
