Senior🎓
Top SchoolAlper Gunay is a results-driven software leader with nine years in senior engineering and nearly two decades in technology roles, currently serving as Head of Solutions in Istanbul. He has repeatedly built and scaled backend, web and mobile systems for e-grocery, dark stores and last-mile logistics—delivering platforms that handle millions of orders monthly and transform store and courier operations. Comfortable across architectures and stacks (Java/Spring, microservices, AWS, Kubernetes, databases and observability), he blends hands-on technical design with recruiting, mentoring and product ownership. His specialty in Warehouse Management Systems and end-to-end fulfillment gives him a rare operational perspective that connects supply chain realities to software decisions. An MBA-backed technologist, he often leads cross-functional transformations and system migrations, turning complex logistics workflows into robust, production-grade services.
