Top SchoolAlper Ozdamar is a Senior Software Engineer with 11 years of experience based in San Francisco, specializing in distributed systems, networking, and backend engineering across Java, Node.js, Go, and C++. He has built production-grade telecom and VOIP server components, private blockchains (including an Ethereum Merkle Patricia Tree implementation and simple PoW/gossip network), and large-scale data systems such as a distributed file system using Protocol Buffers and Netty. Comfortable across the cloud and DevOps stack—AWS, Kubernetes/Openshift, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible—he also brings deep protocol-level expertise (SIP, XMPP, IMS, RCS) and experience with application servers and big-data tooling. His background blends hands-on systems programming and network simulation (ns-3) with enterprise application delivery at organizations from Turk Telekom projects to Bandwidth Inc. and the University of San Francisco. Unusually, he pairs technical depth with formal business and CS training—an MBA plus multiple MS degrees—positioning him to translate complex technical constraints into pragmatic product outcomes.
