Top SchoolAlvaro Arriola is a Staff Network Engineer based in Berlin with nine years of experience architecting and automating multi-domain WAN, data center and cloud networks across large enterprises like Sony Interactive Entertainment and Cisco. He blends deep networking expertise (JNCIE-SP certified) with hands-on software skills in Python, Go, Java and JavaScript to build infrastructure orchestration, CI/CD pipelines and custom configuration-management modules focused on security, reliability and scale. His background spans operational NOC work through consulting and architecture roles, giving him a practical appreciation for incident-driven priorities and long-term platform design. Notably, he has automated everything from VM/container lifecycle and virtual firewall orchestration to core services (DNS/CA/DHCP/IPAM), often developing bespoke tooling where off-the-shelf solutions fell short.
