Top SchoolAlvaro Capaceta is a Lead Growth Software Engineer based in Mazatlán, Mexico, with ~3 years of hands-on experience building data-driven e-commerce systems and modern web apps. He blends full-stack React and TypeScript expertise with backend work in Go and NestJS to deliver AI-enhanced features, experimentation frameworks, and production analytics that measurably boost conversion and revenue. At Voltz he led growth engineering initiatives that drove a 15% uplift in conversions, generated over $120k USD in annual revenue, and automated dozens of manual processes to save significant operational time. As an early frontend tech lead at NutriFlex he established a DDD-based React architecture, CI/CD practices, and a team culture that scaled feature delivery. Comfortable spanning product, engineering, and analytics, he focuses on pragmatic automation and measurable business impact rather than tech for its own sake. Outside work he pursues continuous personal development, which informs his collaborative leadership and iterative approach to building better products.
