Top SchoolAlvaro Molina is a pragmatic CTO based in Mexico City with nine years of experience evolving from backend developer to technology leader at Resuelve, where he architected Elixir-based services and CI/CD-driven Kubernetes deployments. He blends a deep background in Python payments and ISO8583 integrations with a passion for functional programming, automation, and DevOps culture to build high-performance engineering teams and internal ecosystems that boost organizational efficiency. Early roles building full-stack platforms, infrastructure, and deployment pipelines give him rare end-to-end fluency—from low-level sysadmin tasks to strategic technical direction. Known as an “eternal junior” developer, he continuously experiments with side projects in Elixir, which keeps his hands-on skills sharp while informing pragmatic engineering practices across the company.
