Top SchoolÁlvaro Muñoz is a Senior Cloud Architect II with 18+ years of consulting experience who helps enterprises modernize delivery through cloud platforms, agentic AI, and resilient operating models. At McKinsey he leads end-to-end transformations—shaping roadmaps, designing architectures, and transferring capabilities so clients can scale independently across banking, consumer, and tech sectors. He has led early enterprise-scale agentic AI implementations in retail banking, built Kubernetes-native multi-agent POCs for scientific intelligence, and redesigned PDLCs to shorten cycle times while improving reliability. Known for combining strategy with hands-on engineering, he also coaches teams in CI/CD, SRE, and AIOps to embed long-term operational resilience. Based in Chile, he brings deep delivery experience from Accenture through to McKinsey and a background in teaching and R&D that sharpens his ability to translate complex tech into practical, adoptable workflows.
