Top SchoolAlvaro Saavedra is an experienced IT and network security specialist with 11 years delivering infrastructure, firewall and wireless solutions across enterprises in Chile. He has hands-on expertise with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, F5/A10 load balancers and cloud IAAS (VMware), having supported major clients like Samsung and Gtd Chile on migration, monitoring and continuous-improvement projects. Comfortable from hands-on N1 support and structured cabling to advanced SD-WAN, VPN and certificate management, he blends operational discipline with a proactive, initiative-driven mindset. Based in Valparaíso, he pairs formal telecommunications engineering training with practical, cross-domain experience in security platforms (Zscaler, FortiAnalyzer) and production continuity for port operations—an undersung strength that proves he can maintain critical systems under pressure.
