Top SchoolAlvaro Scelza is a Full-Cycle Software Engineer with over a decade delivering end-to-end systems for startups and international companies, blending backend Python expertise with React frontends and cloud-native architectures. He consistently owns the full lifecycle—from stakeholder-driven design and agile execution to CI/CD, Terraform IaC, and production maintenance—shipping scalable, serverless solutions that cut operational friction. Notable wins include architecting an AI-powered, self-service CSV ingestion platform that reduced onboarding from 40+ hours to 15 minutes and enabling hotel revenue engines that contributed hundreds of millions in client revenue. Comfortable across AWS, Azure, and GCP, he pairs pragmatic DevOps with machine learning experience (RAG, model integration) to turn data into product features. A bilingual Uruguayan–Italian citizen, he’s mobility-ready and favors fast iterations that deliver measurable business impact.
