Top SchoolAlvin Kan is an operator and ecosystem builder who blends analytics, business development and blockchain product experience to scale Web3 platforms and talent insights. He has led large cross-functional teams at Binance/BNB Chain to grow daily active users and spawn new product segments, and later ran operations and advised at Bitget Wallet, a top non-custodial wallet with tens of millions of users. Earlier, he helped launch LinkedIn’s Singapore operations and built APAC talent analytics products including the patented LinkedIn Recruiter Index, showing a rare mix of go-to-market chops and data-driven product sensibility. Comfortable in startup-mode environments, Alvin excels where technology and commercial growth intersect and enjoys turning strategic vision into partner-led campaigns. Based in Australia with a background spanning Singapore and Warsaw, he combines regional market fluency with global Web3 networks. Outside work he gravitates toward roles that bridge teams and ecosystems rather than solo contributor paths.
